Bilingual Safety Supervisor Requirements: -Must be able to operate Fork Lift, Overhead Crane and be very detailled. -Must have clean background and leadership experience for this position. -Preferred skills with metric system, CNC Machine, and OSHA certification -Must speak Spanish and English fluently. Schedule: Must be able to rotate Monday-Friday/ First shift- 7AM-3PM, Second shift- 3PM-11PM, & Third shift- 11PM-7AM HVAC and Maintenance Tech (Apartment Complex) Requirements: -You must have prior experience with HVAC and Maintenance; certification is a plus. -Must have a clean background for this position. - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. $19.00/Hour and up. Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers (Apartment Complex) Requirements: -You must have prior experience with property management in Section 8 communities and Yardi. -Must have a clean background for this position. -There is no commission for this position. - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. $19.00/Hour and up. Fitting Welders Requirements: -Must be experienced and proficient Welders and Fitter Welders; primarily MIG. -Must be able to read and use measuring equipment. -Must have a clean background for this position. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. $18.00/Hour and up. Field Service Technician Requirements: -3+ years ov video component/CCTV & Low Voltage Experience - Must be able to lift up to 65Lbs. -Mechanical knowledge preferred. Vehicle Installation Technician Requirements: -2 years direct experience installing audio/video equipment in vehicles. -Meticulous documentation experience. -Experience with Smart Sheet is a plus. -2 years troubleshooting equipment and conducting diagnostic testing.
