HVAC and Maintenance Tech (Apartment Complex) Requirements: -You must have prior experience with HVAC and Maintenance; certification is a plus. -Must have a clean background for this position. - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers (Apartment Complex) Requirements: -You must have prior experience with property management in Section 8 communities and Yardi. -Must have a clean background for this position. -There is no commission for this position. - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Field Service Technician Requirements: -3+ years ov video component/CCTV & Low Voltage Experience - Must be able to lift up to 65Lbs. -Mechanical knowledge preferred. Vehicle Installation Technician Requirements: -2 years direct experience installing audio/video equipment in vehicles. -Meticulous documentation experience. -Experience with Smart Sheet is a plus. -2 years troubleshooting equipment and conducting diagnostic testing. English/Spanish Speaking Overhead Crane Operator Requirements: -Proven Overhead Crane and Forklift experience -abilitiy to communicate efficiently in English and Spanish preferred. -Forklift and Crane Operator license preferred -flexibility to be able to rotate shifts preferred. Fitter Welder Requirements: -3 years Welding experience -Proficient with MIG/TIG Welds. -Experienced with Blueprint reading.
