HVAC Maintenance Tech (Apartment Complex) Requirements: -Prior experience with HVAC and Maintenance; certification is a plus. -Clean background for this position. - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Property Managers and Assistants (Apartment Complex) Requirements: -Have prior experience including Section 8 housing and be familiar with all that encompasses. - There are no commissions for this assignment. -Clean background for this position. - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Maintenance Tech (Apartment Complex) Requirements: -Prior experience with handyman work -Clean background for this position. - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Machine Operator (Manufacturing Warehouse) Requirements: -Operate an overhead gantry crane/Forklift. -Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. -Previous machine operating experience in a factory or warehouse environment is required. -Machine setup & Organization: Operate manual or radial drill presses. -Bilingual is a plus.
